The Disc Vacuum Filter (PG Series) utilizes multiple rotating filtration sectors covered in fine polyester/polypropylene filter cloths immersed in a slurry agitation vat. Negative pressure draws fluid through the cake while dry cakes are blown off cleanly by low-pressure reverse air blowers.
Offers large filtration surface areas in compact footprints, delivering filter cake moisture levels as low as 10-18% for dry stacking and concentrate shipping.
