Alluvial Placer Gold Washing Plant
Turnkey mobile gold trommel washing plants equipped with centrifugal concentrators and pulsating sluices for maximum free gold recovery.
1. Process Overview & Flowchart Explanation
The Alluvial Placer Gold Washing Plant is designed for riverbed, alluvial gravel, and saprolite placer gold deposits. Placer gravel is dumped into the heavy-duty hopper of the Mobile Gold Washing Plant, equipped with a grizzly screen and high-pressure water spray bars. The rotary trommel scrubber thoroughly washes cemented clay clumps and separates barren coarse gravel (>6 mm) to the tailings conveyor.
The undersize gold-bearing slurry (<6 mm) feeds directly into high-G Centrifugal Gold Concentrators to capture liberated ultra-fine gold particles down to 10 microns. Centrifugal tailings flow across an Agitating Sluice Chute (pulsating sluice box) to catch nugget and flake gold without clay compaction. Concentrates from both units are cleaned and upgraded on a high-precision 6-S Shaking Table to yield 90%+ pure gold dust ready for direct smelting.
2. Technical Advantages & Features
- Rapid Deployment & High Portability: Dual-axle mobile trailer chassis with tow hitch and leveling jacks enables fast relocation between mining concessions.
- High Free Gold Recovery (95-98%): High-G centrifugal separation captures microscopic fine gold that escapes conventional static sluices.
- Anti-Compaction Pulsating Sluice: Motorized deck pulsation prevents heavy mineral bed packing and clay blinding.
- Chemical-Free Eco Processing: Operates entirely on physical gravity separation without hazardous cyanide or mercury.
