The High Efficiency Thickener (NZS Series Center-Drive Thickener) utilizes flocculant dosing feeds, deaeration wells, and heavy inclined rakes to concentrate fine mineral pulp into high-density underflow while producing crystal clear overflow water for plant recycling.
Equipped with automated torque sensors and automatic hydraulic rake lifting devices to prevent rake breakage when handling thick high-tonnage sediment beds.
