The Hydrocyclone Separator (FX Series) uses fluid centrifugal force without moving mechanical parts to rapidly separate mineral slurries based on particle size and specific gravity. Pressurized feed enters tangentially, generating a vortex where heavy coarse solids move downward through the apex spigot while fine clarified fluids discharge through the vortex finder overflow.
Lined with polyurethane, ceramic, or high-alumina wear tiles for maximum abrasion resistance in abrasive mining slurries.
