The Mineral Jig Machine (JT Series Sawtooth Wave Jig) uses an asymmetric pulsating water flow where the upward stroke is fast and the downward stroke is slow and steady. This ideal sawtooth pulsation avoids loose bed compaction during suction, significantly enhancing the recovery of fine heavy minerals while consuming up to 30-40% less water than sine-wave jigs.
Widely applied for the concentration of gold, diamonds, cassiterite, coltan, wolframite, barite, and manganese ores.
