The Roller Crusher (WSDG Series) utilizes two counter-rotating heavy alloy rollers to squeeze, shear, and grind incoming ore. The gap between the rollers is precisely regulated via high-strength safety springs and hydraulic wedges, ensuring exceptionally tight control over final particle size distribution without excessive over-grinding or dust generation.
It is widely utilized in beneficiation circuits for clay-rich ores, coal, oil shale, phosphate rock, and chemical raw materials where minimum fines are demanded.
