The Spiral Chute Concentrator (LL / D Series) uses gravity, centrifugal force, and hydrodynamic friction in helical flow paths without consuming any electrical motor power. As mineral slurry flows down the spiral flights, heavy particles gravitate toward the inner helix radius into concentrate splitters while lighter tailings travel to the outer rim.
Constructed from lightweight fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) coated with ultra-tough polyurethane linings for maximum abrasion life in beach sand and tailings plants.
