The Spiral Classifier (FLG / FLC Series) works on the principle that different mineral particle sizes and densities settle at differing rates in fluid pulps. Installed in closed circuits with ball mills, it continuously transports coarse, under-ground particles back to the mill feed while allowing liberated fine overflows to flow to flotation or gravity concentrators.
Available in high-weir (FLG) and submerged (FLC) configurations with single or twin spirals to match varying mesh classification cut-offs.
