The Symons Hydraulic Cone Crusher (CZS Series) is engineered for secondary, tertiary, and fine crushing of hard to extra-hard ores. Incorporating advanced hydraulic clearing, cavity clearing cylinders, and high-strength alloy mantle and concave liners, it produces uniform cubical aggregate shapes with minimal needle-flake particles.
The optimized crushing cavity geometry, high rotating speed, and large eccentric stroke maximize particle inter-breakage, boosting crushing efficiency while reducing energy consumption per ton.
