The Vibrating Feeder (ZSW / GZD Series) is installed ahead of primary crushers to uniformly feed large lump ore from dump trucks or storage bins while scalping away undersized quarry dirt and fines through integrated grizzly bars. Driven by dual eccentric vibrating exciters, it produces stable linear throw motion.
Its rugged reinforced deck structure prevents impact damage and ensures smooth, non-clogging material transfer to jaw and impact crushers.
