The XCF-KYF Inflatable Mechanical Stirring Flotation Machine is the premier combined cell system for modern large-tonnage mineral concentrators. The XCF cell serves as the direct suction cell, while KYF serves as the direct DC cell, working together without needing auxiliary foam pumps or stepped floor foundations.
External low-pressure air is blown into the pulp through a hollow shaft and dispersed into micro-bubbles by forward-swept impellers, achieving superior mineral bubble attachment and minimal reagent consumption.
