1. Process Overview & Flowchart Explanation
The Chrome & Manganese Beneficiation Plant is designed for chromite (FeCr2O4) and pyrolusite/psilomelane (manganese oxide) deposits. Raw ore is crushed in a PE Series Jaw Crusher to produce calibrated -25 mm feed. Clay-rich ores are scrubbed and scalped across vibrating screens.
Coarse mineral fractions (2–25 mm) are treated using heavy-bed Mineral Jig Machines, producing lump metallurgical-grade chromite/manganese concentrate. Fine particles (<2 mm) are classified onto 6-S Shaking Tables for fine gravity concentration, followed by Wet Drum Magnetic Separators to remove tramp iron and recover magnetic manganese/chromite fines. All concentrates are dewatered on High Frequency Dewatering Screens.
